Last updated: 6 August 2026
StemGrab is free. No account, no watermark, no daily limit, and the free version is not a trial — it does not expire. If you need more than the free limits, there are two optional passes: €5 for 30 days or €3 for 24 hours. That is the whole price list.
Free
- Split a song into seven stems: vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, other, plus a mixed instrumental
- Vocal remover and karaoke mode
- Files up to 15 minutes / 2 GB, MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC and OGG
- Key, scale, Camelot code and BPM of every upload
- Results as 192 kbps MP3 or lossless WAV, plus a zip, kept for 45 minutes
- No account and no e-mail address needed; uploads are deleted right after processing
The passes — €5 for 30 days, €3 for 24 hours
One-off payment. No subscription, nothing renews, nothing is charged again. It adds:
- Longer tracks and several uploads at once
- Ten files in the queue at once instead of one
- Play-along mixes and the practice tools: slow down and transpose
- Results kept for 24 hours instead of 45 minutes
- Priority in the queue
- No ads
Three things worth knowing before you buy:
- The clock starts at your first file, not at payment. Buy it tonight and start next week; the clock only begins when you actually process something. An unused pass stays claimable for 90 days.
- One pass works on all our tools. The same pass also raises the limits on ScribeGrab, CleanGrab and the other ShinobiTools sites — see shinobitools.com.
- It does not change the separation quality. Free and paid run the same model on the same hardware. Listen to the free result first; that is the point of it being free.
Payment and receipts
Payment runs through our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record: they take the payment, handle VAT and send you the receipt. We never see or store your card details. Prices include any VAT that applies to your country.
A pass is stored in the browser you bought it in — there are no accounts here — so it will not show up on another device or in a private window.
Refunds
Unhappy? Mail us and you get your €5 back. The details are in our Refund Policy; the full conditions are in the Terms of Use.
