You upload an audio file, we split it into stems, you download the result. Your upload is deleted the moment processing finishes, and the generated stems are deleted from the server within 45 minutes (24 hours if you bought a month pass — that longer window is part of what the pass is for). We don't have accounts, we don't build profiles, and we never listen to, share, sell or train anything on your audio.
The optional €5 month pass is sold and processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), acting as merchant of record. Checkout happens on their pages, not ours: whatever you enter there — card details, billing country, an e-mail address for the receipt — goes to Polar under their privacy policy, and we never see it. All we receive back is a confirmation that an order was paid, plus its order number. We link that to a random token, and that token is your pass.
The pass is stored in your own browser (in local storage, and as a cookie so that download links work). It is not a tracking cookie: it identifies a paid pass, not a person, and it disappears when the pass expires or when you clear your site data.
You can leave your email address to get a free 12-hour Pro pass, and another one every month — what it unlocks changes from month to month. That is the only reason we ask for it. The tools work without it: nothing here needs an account, and nothing is hidden behind giving us your address.
We store the address, when you signed up, which site you signed up on, the IP address you used, and the exact sentence that was shown next to the button when you asked for the pass. That last part is the proof that you asked for this, which is what the law expects us to keep. We only ever email an address after you click the confirmation link in the first email, so nobody can put someone else on the list.
The emails themselves are delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc.), which sees the address in order to deliver the message and nothing else. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, without logging in. Use it and your address is deleted — all that stays behind is a one-way hash, so we can show that we honoured it. We never sell, rent or share the list, and we don't use it to follow you around the web.
When ads are shown here, third-party vendors — including Google — use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. The free tool is kept running by advertising (Google AdSense). Visitors with a month pass see no ads at all, and the ad script is not loaded for them. You may only upload audio you have the right to process. The stems you create are for your own lawful use; publishing or distributing separated material from someone else's recording may require permission from the rights holders.
