StemGrab is an independent tool built and maintained by one person. We run our separation model on our own GPU hardware to split any song into up to seven stems, vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, other and a clean instrumental, free, with no account required and no watermark. Uploads are deleted the moment processing finishes, and the stems within 45 minutes (24 hours with any pass, paid or free).

Bug report: describe what you uploaded (format, length), what you expected, and what happened instead. A browser console error message or screenshot helps us fix it faster.

Mail info@shinobitools.com directly rather than using the form below: that way we can actually reply. Include the order number from your payment receipt (Stripe); it's what links a payment to a pass. We don't store your name; we keep the e-mail address you enter at checkout, also as a one-way hash, for your pass e-mail until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
The two things that go wrong most often, and what we do about them:
"I paid but I don't see a pass." Reload the page in the browser you bought it in: the pass is picked up on its own within a minute or two. Still nothing after that: mail us with the order number and we'll issue a fresh pass.
"My pass is gone." A pass lives in the browser you bought it in and nowhere else. It doesn't travel to a second device, and clearing your site data removes it. If that happened while your 30 days were still running, mail us with the order number and we'll put it back.
Your 30 days start with your first track, not when you pay, so there is no rush to use a pass the same evening.
We aim to reply within 1-3 business days when an e-mail address is provided. Messages without an e-mail are read but cannot be answered individually. Anything about a paid pass gets an answer within 48 hours, and if we can't fix it we refund you.
